Gateway 14: The scheme consisted of 2 x 33kV circuits from UKPN Primary Substation, through a dual carriageway, under the river Gipping and under National Rail Main Line to a new 33kV Primary Substation designed, installed and commissioned by High Voltage Engineering Services.
